  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Tires that have been mounted, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
    • Custom or special-order tires that were specifically requested are not eligible for return.
    • Tire accessories (e.g., tire inflators, valve stems, etc.) are non-returnable once opened.
  • Proof of Purchase: To return or exchange an item, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
