To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
We may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% for certain returned items, particularly if the tires have been opened or the packaging is damaged. This fee helps to cover processing and handling costs.
If you receive a defective or damaged tire, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or full refund. Defective tires must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to facilitate the process.
If you'd like to exchange your tires for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team to ensure that the replacement tires are available. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced tire, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement tire is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the price difference.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once the returned tires have been inspected. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
